A Simple Technique for Dye Recipe Conversion. II – Replacement of One Dye Class by Another

The technique described in Part I has been extended to cover the replacement, in a range of colours, of three levelling acid dyes by both three 1:2 metal complex or similar dyes, and by three reactive dyes. The replacement dyeings obtained were all acceptable commercial matches and showed much improved wet fastness properties
