Evaluation of Disperse Dye Solubility/Stability at High Temperature by a Fractional Filtration Technique

A novel method of fractional pressure filtration is used to test disperse dyes under high-temperature conditions. The method can be used for the determination of the solubility of disperse dyes, solubilising power of dispersing agents and dispersion stability of disperse dyes. The method is evaluated critically and its correlation with other experimental methods is given
