Leo Rooney has been appointed Product Development Manager at Spence Bryson Carpets. Seventeen years Factory Manager in the company’s Downpatrick plant, this new post also includes responsibility for the development of all carpet products within Spence Bryson.

Leo holds the Certificate of Works Managers from the Belfast College of Technology.
