Misc photo seeking info on who, when & where?

The text with the image says;

Ian Holme, Lecturer, Dept of Textile Industries, Leeds University.

Before taking up his present position, in 1974, Dr Holme spent 8 years with the Courtaulds group. He has worked on research and development in space dyeing, package dyeing and drying of man-made fibres, including the evaluation of differential-dyeing fibres. Later he was appointed technical manager, responsible for loose stock and texturized yarn dyeing and warp printing of carpet yarns.
