As James Keaton was SDC President it therefore must be taken in 1987-88. Was the Congress AATCC’s and if so whereabouts?

John – is this the same David George Evans who was awarded a SDC Silver Medal in 1973, Bar to SDC Silver Medal in 1983 & a SDC Gold Medal in 1990? Do you know why he might have attended the AATCC Conference?
that would have been Bill Martin jnr , as he was called, always
