The Untrained Industry – Some Food for Thought

At a time when further technical training and education is strongly recommended for employees within the coloration industry, criticism is repeatedly levelled at members of higher management who have never undertaken formal management training. The result is that the younger company members who are learning new management techniques are actually being poorly managed by their superiors.
