Franky Mak has worked in the textile and coloration industry for over 20 years: in a mainland China dyeing mill as Technical Director for a decade and then as a Colour Manager in the Target Sourcing Service and in Lands End. Franky designed and implemented the Color Examination Program for nominated dyeing mills and garment vendors in order to validate their colour performance complied with the brands requirements.
Franky has served on the SDC Hong Kong Region executive committee and holds a First Class Honours Degree in Textile Chemistry from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as a Masters Degree in the Science of Management (Human Resource Management) from the same institution some years later. He also gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Testing and Certification from the Open University.
