Dr Siva Pariti joined the Society in 2003 in India and now resides in the UK.  However, Siva is a very frequent traveler with his work and can be found around the globe, including back in his home country.  Siva is a Chartered Colourist and holder of the ASDC and a SDC Silver Medal.

Dr. Siva Pariti holds a Ph.D. (Tech) in Intermediates and Dyestuffs Technology from UDCT in Mumbai, India.

Dr. Siva Pariti is a chemical expert and sustainability consultant who has been advising textile, footwear, and leather industries over the last 20 years.

Based in the United Kingdom, Dr. Siva collaborates with multiple industry stakeholders, including international fashion brands and retailers, textile mills, manufacturers, and ternaries. He also leads in research and innovation projects that focus on clean chemistry, process excellence, regenerate by design, zero discharge of hazardous chemicals, and climate-positive initiatives.

Dr. Siva has been involved in the development of the Fairtrade Textile Standard, the ZDHC CMS Technical Industry Guide, and HIGG FEM 3.0 Technical Guidance. He also supported Indian Trade and Investment for Africa (SITA), the International Trade Centre (ITC), and the United Nations with his expertise on Sustainable Waste and Wastewater Management to develop policy recommendations in Kenya.

Currently, Dr. Siva is the Senior Technical Marketing Officer of BluWin, the holding company of Sustainable Textile Solutions (STS) and BluWin Academy.
