Membership renewals are now managed via our new SDC website, so you will need to log into the Members area at https://sdc.org.uk/members-area/
If you used to pay your membership via Direct Debit through GoCardless that option remains, but you can cancel that Direct Debit (or email Members@sdc.org.uk and we can cancel that for you) and move to payment through your SDC website account as per below using a Debit or Credit card.
If you haven’t already done so, you will need to reset your SDC website password. It is quick and easy to do in just 3 simple steps:
- Go to the login page: https://sdc.org.uk/login/
- Enter your email address
- Click on ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the instructions
Once logged into the website you will see in the top right corner of the Members area your Membership renewal date plus a ‘Renew Now’ button so click that Renew Now button. If this is not showing then your SDC Membership has not yet entered the renewal window; please look back later to see when that is (typically a month before renewal is due although to make this standard we are working through all membership data on the site).
For company and educational provider renewals this will be a 3 month window ahead of renewal as such organisations typically need a pro-forma invoice on which to generate a Purchase order Number for a full invoice to then be issued and processed for payment.
If you wish to pay for your membership renewal on a different payment cycle to your current one (ie annually, monthly or 3 yearly basis) then you need to select a different Membership Subscription rather than purchase the annual subscription offered. To do this go the bottom of the SDC webpage and choose ‘SDC Membership’ in the first column headed ‘Colour Education’ and you will be presented with the different SDC Memberships for all our members. Choose the one you prefer and make payment and this will be added to your profile and an email sent as acknowledgement.
If you require a full invoice for the renewal then please email Accounts to make that request.
Thank you for continuing to be a member of the Society of Dyers and Colourists.
