C3M exhibition Bangladesh | SDC International

The society is delighted to announce that SDC International will be hosting its first trade exhibition ‘C3M’ at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka, Bangladesh on Thursday 21st, Friday 22nd & Saturday 23rd November 2024.

The lead of C3M will be Mr Yogesh Gaikwad, Director of SDC International.

What is C3M?

The C3M is the first trade initiative organised by SDC International. With the world of colour science and machinery facing new and complex challenges, the exhibition has been organised by SDC International to actively promote the innovations in sustainable technologies in the field of colourants, chemicals, compliance, and machinery.

What is the geographical scope for C3M?

We are first starting with Bangladesh as it’s the ideal meeting point for the east and the west to be closest to the end users. The markets in Bangladesh are resilient and have shown robustness during market fluctuations hence the selection.

What other projects is SDC International currently promoting?

The SDC IIPL wishes to educate 1000 students in India in the field of colour sciences. This will be done through scholarships, sponsorship from Industry and others. The students would be educated to different levels of colour understanding. We have already started with around 10 students from the BMN college in Matunga, Mumbai and six more students from the same college will be educated for a full course with the sponsorship support from Mr Raj Tanna, Founder and MD, Schutzen Care Pvt. Ltd

After completion of this project, we would extend the same to other regions in the Sir William Henry Perkin mission to educate more students. We encourage more sponsors to support the mission.

In Sri Lanka we are collaborating with the authorities to raise awareness around the use of natural resources for using colour and chemicals that abide by global compliance norms.
