Lighting is new LED panels and all but one office have extensive external light. Rent includes all heating and lighting for normal usage, as well as rates and building insurances. The building has a car park with spaces available on a first come basis. The car park has 2 locked barriers to prevent public use and is covered by 2 CCTV cameras as well as lighting for dark evenings.
